2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices, product specifications, and availability without prior notice.
• Order acceptance is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation message.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking). Cash on Delivery may be available on select pin codes.

4. Delivery

Free delivery is offered on orders above ₹299 in serviceable Delhi NCR areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics.

5. Product Use

Filter products are designed for compatibility with most major RO and water filtration systems. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their unit. Installation guidance is available on request.
