We want you to be fully satisfied with your Refine Jal purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. 7-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Incorrect item or wrong variant shipped
- Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Filters or cartridges that have been installed or used
- Tank cleaning tablets once the seal is broken
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
3. How to Request a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 8796245596 or email team@refinejal.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, photos of the product, and the reason for return.
- Our team will confirm the return and arrange a pickup or share a return address.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- Money is credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking) and typically reflects within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged or wrong item, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests follow the return process above.
